Carrot Top

I've always loved red hair. For as long as I could remember my mom has been a faux ginger, out of all my barbies my favorite two had red and auburn hair, and my first kiss was even delivered by a Ron Weasley-esque boy. Now that I'm heading off to college and to a new beginning I long to change my hair drastically. I also plan to get bangs cut back into my hair. Change causes more change causes more change.

My hair inspirations:

(l) color, (r) cut

I don't know exactly what the color or cut will be but I want a change. Let me know what you think about the color/cut. 'd love a detached opinion!

    i love ashley's cut and color (even tho i am not a huge fan of hers!). so great. if you have the coloring for red hair, go for it! the only problem with red hair color is that it fades fast. but it looks amazing when done well!

    I'm not sure if you'd suit red hair that well. Red hair seems to look best on girls with really pale skin and light eyes (like natural redheads). From what I can see of the pictures of you, you have quite tanned skin and dark hair and eyes - so it may look a little unconvincing.

    You could definitely do some sort of dark browny/red, though! Maybe a little darker than Ashlee's?

    The cut is lovely! Will look awesome on you.

    I LOVE IT! so chic! i have naturally mousy brown hair and died it auburn a few years ago. since then i haven't been able to get my natural color back..so now it's varying shades of auburn. thank you so much for tagging me. i am going to fill out the interview in my next post.

    How can you get there? Hmmm, you should go to Croatia and then to Plitvice Lakes hehe, but who knows, maxbe one day when you'll be famous with lot of money... ;)

    my mom was always a faux redhead too so i grew up and am often found being a faux redhead myself. my two favorite female singers are also redheads: coincidence?!?1 i think not. ;)

    I really like you without bangs. For color I would suggest talking to your hair stylist. I dye my hair red, but I do a demi-permanent that goes right on top of my natural color.

    i think the cut would be great on you but the color i think should be more brown with red in it if that makes sense! i think if its a darker red than a true red then it could work. but i think the cut woud look great with the bangs not as heavy as the winter pic but more like the example you showed.

    I love the cut!!! I am not sure about the color though.. But I agree with elena-lu. If it was darker I think it would look better than the color Ashlee Simpson is sporting
